"Strictly Thoroughbreds"
Qualifications:

To be eligible for membership the horse MUST be a registered Thoroughbred with Jockey Club papers and/or have a Thoroughbred lip tattoo

All horses must be registered members of Racing to the Ring for points to tabulate

Thoroughbred horses not registered with Racing to the Ring MAY compete in Racing to the Ring classes, but will not receive credit for ribbons won prior to becoming a registered member

Horse membership enrollment into Racing to the Ring may be done with the secretary at participating horse show
